Why horses?
Horses are considered the most empathic domestic animal. They communicate with a complex system of non-verbal language, including body movement and emotional feedback. Most importantly, horses reflect your feelings and behavior back to you.
Student dynamics are also reflective of your behavior, attitude and feelings. While horses are emotionally genuine, people are more complex. Their own ego-driven perceptions complicate the learning environment.
Equine Assisted Learning skills transfer seamlessly to the classroom, affecting the way you look at interactions, redefining “discipline,” and restructuring the educational environment.
